Ah raceface cranks. Either continuously come loose or seize on.

Holy cow I added an e. Still doesnt deter from the fact that they have an unusually high amount of failures across their entire line up.

Looks about right for a dartmoore.

Not if you look at steel frames that are in a similiar price range to the cove. For example, NS majesty is about 4 and a half pounds. Fair enough you get heavy steel frames for the same price but they're built for freeride, not park and dj's.

7lbs for a steel hardtail was way overrkill. Most steel hardtails are around the 4lb to 5lb mark now so they're just going in line with the rest of the market.

Have you been trying abucas wnd fufanus? Floating discs don't like to be used for stalls. Cyclic stresses and all that.

They have a negative air chamber as well but you cant adjust its pressure. Got it wrong before, they automatically equalize when theyre at full travel. This must mean the pressure has gone from the positive chamber to negative sucking them down. Either way, certainly seems they need the solo air cart rebuilt with new seals.

I would replace the o rings in the air cartridge. They suck down when all the air from the positive chamber equalises with the negative air chamber,

Wonder how long they last for. I've personally seen quite of bit of dartmoor's stuff break due to poor quality. This was even true of some crank axle spacers which I thought were impossible to badly.
